Always a great experience. Food is perfect. We always have specifications about no cole slaw... extra bread....along with 6 sauce per meal. They nail it every time.

Worst experience I have ever had at Canes. When I got my food at the counter I checked my bag and noticed I was missing some condiments I requested at the register. No big deal! I have been a restaurant GM. So I patiently wait to ask the girl at expo for ketchup as she finishes helping another guest. As soon as she is done she seems to avoid eye contact with me bumps some orders off her screen and proceeds to make herself and employee drink. I ok great I can wait I know it can be impossible to get a drink break during lunch rush so I shrug it off thinking oh she will be right back and ask why I am still here . But that didn’t happen when she came back she looked at me and returned to staring at a blank expo screen refusing to face to counters so I could politely address her with out yelling hey you. While all this is happening the GM has walked by 3 times and never even took the time to as much as smile at me let alone acknowledge my presence at his counter. I know when I was a GM I said Hi and smiled and waved to everyone. This always made everyone happier Guest and Customer alike. Fresh chicken with the best breading. Doesn’t feel heavy or fake but light and tasty. Canes Sauce is the bomb! Sweet tea just what the Southern’s ask for and the ice is “the best” ice, you know the small pieces. Fries are good no complaints and a great stop be fore at after the beach or a flea market visit.

I had seen Raising Cane's for years but had never been in until this visit. The service was quick and pleasant. It helps there is only one major thing on the menu - chicken fingers. And very good ones at that. They were hot and juicy, and the breading was not overdone, and it is not spicy. There is only one type of sauce. The cole slaw was great, as were the crinkle cut fries, which were not pre salted, and the Texas toast. The price was consistent with other fast food places. I will definitely give them a visit again in the future.

I'd heard of Raising Canes but I'd never been there, so I gave them a try. Their parking was a little small, but I was able to find a spot. As I walked towards the building, I noticed that it has nice wheelchair ramps, so it's super easy to get in. Inside the restaurant, I noticed that it was very clean and orderly. The young lady that took my order was patient, approachable, and helpful. (I ordered the 3 finger box with fries.) The food was nice and hot when it came out. The fingers had a 'light' flavor to them as opposed to other places where their tenders feel heavy and greasy, these didn't. They did taste a little salty but it wasn't overwhelming. The fries were small, crinkle cut, and crispy. They're seasoned spot on. I got sweet tea as my drink. It was sweet... not as sickly sweet as McDonald's, but they didn't miss with the cane sugar. I was happy with my visit all of the way around. I got very good service, a decent tasting meal, and it wasn't overly overly expensive. I'd go back again.
